การประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์อย่างมีขอบเขตในนันทนาการชุมชนไทย: กลไกสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานและธรรมาภิบาลข้อมูลระดับชุมชน

บทคัดย่อ

ท่ามกลางสังคมสูงวัยและการเปลี่ยนผ่านทางดิจิทัล นันทนาการชุมชนได้เปลี่ยนบทบาทสู่กลไกส่งเสริมสุขภาวะแบบองค์รวม ทว่าองค์ความรู้ที่บูรณาการปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เข้ากับนันทนาการชุมชนในมิติความเป็นมนุษย์ วัฒนธรรม และจริยธรรมยังมีจากัด บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ช่องว่างและข้อจำกัดของการใช้ AI ในนันทนาการชุมชนไทย 2) สังเคราะห์บทบาทของ AI ในการสนับสนุนบุคลากร และ 3) เสนอแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ AI เพื่อพัฒนานันทนาการชุมชน โดยใช้วิธีสังเคราะห์เอกสารวิชาการแบบสหสาขา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ช่องว่างสำคัญคือการขาดแนวทางบูรณาการระหว่างเทคโนโลยี บุคลากร ชุมชน และความหมายของกิจกรรม รวมถึงปัญหาความเหลื่อมล้าทางดิจิทัลและข้อจากัดของบุคลากร บทความนี้จึงเสนอให้ AI ทำหน้าที่เป็น "กลไกสนับสนุน" ภายใต้หลักการมนุษย์อยู่ในวงจรการตัดสินใจ (Human-in-the-loop) โดยใช้ AI จัดการงานที่มีขอบเขตชัดเจน เช่น การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการและติดตามการมีส่วนร่วม ขณะที่บุคลากรและชุมชนยังคงอำนาจในการตีความและตัดสินใจขั้นสุดท้าย สำหรับแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ AI ควรเริ่มต้นจากมนุษย์และบริบทชุมชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง เชื่อมโยงความสามารถเชิงหน้าที่ การมีส่วนร่วมของคนทุกวัย และวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น ควบคู่กับการกำกับดูแลด้วยจริยธรรมและธรรมาภิบาลข้อมูลระดับชุมชน เพื่อให้ AI ช่วยยกระดับสุขภาวะชุมชนและการทำงานของบุคลากรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยไม่ลดทอนศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ ความหมายทางวัฒนธรรม และอำนาจการตัดสินใจของชุมชน
