กรอบแนวคิด “แบดมินตันองค์รวมเพื่อสุขภาพ”: การสังเคราะห์เอกสารและ ข้อเสนอเชิงแนวคิดเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพตลอดช่วงชีวิต

บทคัดย่อ

บทความปริทัศน์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมสุขภาพผ่านกิจกรรมทางกายและแบดมินตัน (2) เสนอกรอบแนวคิด “แบดมินตันองค์รวมเพื่อสุขภาพ” (Holistic Badminton for Health Framework: HBH) ซึ่งบูรณาการสุขภาพด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ สังคม และสติปัญญา และ (3) เสนอแนวทางประยุกต์ใช้ในบริบทไทย การศึกษานี้ใช้การวิเคราะห์เอกสารเชิงคุณภาพ โดยสังเคราะห์เอกสารนโยบาย แนวทางจากองค์กรวิชาชีพ และบทความวิจัยภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการสังเคราะห์นำไปสู่กรอบ HBH ซึ่งประกอบด้วยฐานแนวคิดและกรอบนโยบาย 3 ประการ มิติสุขภาพ 4 ด้าน หลักการชี้นำ HEALTH 6 ประการ และระดับการประยุกต์ใช้ 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ ระดับบุคคล ระดับองค์กร และระดับชุมชนและนโยบาย กรอบดังกล่าวเป็นข้อเสนอเชิงแนวคิดเบื้องต้นสาหรับการออกแบบงานวิจัย การเรียนการสอนพลศึกษา โปรแกรมการฝึก และการส่งเสริมสุขภาพด้วยแบดมินตัน อย่างไรก็ตาม จำเป็นต้องตรวจสอบคุณภาพขององค์ประกอบและความสัมพันธ์ของกรอบด้วยข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ก่อนนำไปใช้ในวงกว้าง
