Factors relating participation in environmental health operations according to the criteria GREEN & CLEAN of community hospital personnel Satun Province

Abstract

The cross-sectional descriptive research attempted objectives of this research are 1) to study the participation in environmental health operations according to the GREEN & CLEAN criteria of community hospital personnel 2) to study the relationship between motivational factors and social support with participation in environmental health operations according to GREEN & CLEAN criteria of community hospital personnel. The sample group consisted of 280 personnel working in community hospitals through systematic random sampling. The research instrument was a 4-part questionnaire. The quality of the instrument was checked by 5 experts. The index of concordance (IOC) was equal to 0.80, and (Reliability) for the whole version was equal to 0.86. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and Stepwise multiple regression statistics

              The results of the study found that the majority of the sample were female, 90.70 percent. Most of them were between 18-30 years old, 42.90 percent. Most of the education levels were bachelor's degrees, 70.00 percent. Most of the work was professional nurses, 71.10 percent. Participation in environmental health operations according to GREEN & CLEAN criteria of community hospital personnel. Average all aspects at a high level ( =3.56, S. D=0.74). Factors in stimulating follow-up In terms of receiving morale and encouragement from executives, in terms of motivation, in providing opportunities for participation. Able to predict participation in environmental health operations according to the GREEN & CLEAN criteria of community hospital personnel, 54.70 percent (R² =0.547, β=0.157, p=0.010). Statistically significant at the .05 level.
