กิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในโรงพยาบาล: ผลการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ

การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในโรงพยาบาลเป็นแนวนโยบายที่มีโอกาสในการช่วยเสริมความเข้มแข็งของมาตรการการดำเนินงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ โดยเฉพาะในส่วนของการปรับให้โรงพยาบาลเอื้อต่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ เพราะการให้บริการของสถานพยาบาลต่างๆ มีโอกาสได้พบกับผู้ที่มีปัจจัยเสี่ยง ทั้งที่เป็นผู้ป่วย ญาติ และผู้มารับบริการอื่นๆ รวมถึงบุคลากรของสถานพยาบาลนั้นๆ เอง โดยกิจกรรมที่สามารถดำเนินการมีได้หลายด้าน และครอบคลุมปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่างๆ ได้หลากหลาย
จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมเบื้องต้น พบว่างานวิจัยด้านสร้างเสริมสุขภาพที่ผ่านมา ยังไม่มีการศึกษารายการของกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างเป็นระบบ มีเพียงการวิจัยกิจกรรมที่ได้ทำและผลการดำเนินงานบางส่วน การศึกษานี้จึงมุ่งเน้นการรวบรวมกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในโรงพยาบาลที่มีการทบทวนอย่างเป็นระบบในฐานข้อมูลนานาชาติเพื่อรวบรวมรูปแบบและกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้น รวมถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายของการดำเนินกิจกรรม เพื่อพัฒนาเป็นฐานข้อมูลกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในโรงพยาบาลที่จะช่วยให้นำไปต่อยอดในการทำกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในประเทศไทย และอาจนำไปต่อยอดในการจัดการทรัพยากรทั้งด้านกำลังคนและกำลังทรัพย์ในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพผ่านโรงพยาบาล เพื่อให้การบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมต่างๆ มีความเหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้น
การศึกษานี้กระทำโดยการทบทวนบทความวิชาการนานาชาติจากฐานข้อมูล Pubmed อย่างเป็นระบบ และรวบรวมรายการกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพที่เกิดขึ้นในโรงพยาบาล พบว่ามีบทความ 10 เรื่องที่เข้าเกณฑ์ คือมีกิจกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ เช่น การสอนให้ออกกำลังกาย การควบคุมอาหาร การลด-ละ-เลิกบุหรี่และเหล้า การสอนให้เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ การจัดการความเครียดในผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วย การจัดกิจกรรมลดปัจจัยเสี่ยงสุขภาพในผู้ป่วยทางจิต
ทั้งนี้ เชื่อว่าผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลต่างๆ จะสามารถนำผลการศึกษานี้ไปพิจารณาในการปรับปรุงการบริหารจัดการงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพให้เหมาะสมมากขึ้นได้ และยังอาจสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการต่อยอดการศึกษาวิจัยด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของโรงพยาบาลได้อีกด้วย
