ความคาดหวังของผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลชุมชนในเขตสุขภาพที่ 2 ต่อหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิตของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร

ที่มา: ภารกิจหลักข้อหนึ่งของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร คือ การผลิตบัณฑิตแพทย์ในโครงการผลิตแพทย์เพิ่มเพื่อชาวชนบท ซึ่งรับนักเรียนที่มีภูมิลำเนาใน 5 จังหวัดของเขตสุขภาพที่ 2 จำนวน 145 คนต่อปี เมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษาจะกลับไปปฏิบัติงานที่โรงพยาบาลชุมชนในจังหวัดภูมิลำเนา ทีมวิจัยจึงสนใจศึกษาเกี่ยวกับความคาดหวังของผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลชุมชนในเขตสุขภาพที่ 2 ต่อหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต เพื่อนำข้อมูลไปพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้ครอบคลุมกับความต้องการอย่างแท้จริง วิธีการศึกษา: เป็นแบบ cross-sectional descriptive study โดยใช้แบบสอบถามถึงผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลชุมชนในเขตสุขภาพที่ 2 ผลการศึกษา: จากความคาดหวังของผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยพบว่า หัวข้อสอน 5 อันดับแรกที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ได้แก่ ทักษะของผู้นำและการทำงานเป็นทีม การเสริมพลังผู้ป่วย การส่งเสริมสุขภาพและการป้องกันโรค การดูแลผู้ป่วยเป็นศูนย์กลาง ความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ตามลำดับ และรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่มีประโยชน์มากที่สุด คือ problem-based learning (PBL) นอกจากนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยเห็นว่าบัณฑิตแพทย์ไม่มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านระบบสุขภาพชุมชน สรุปผล: ควรมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยมีหัวข้อสอนข้างต้นและมีการเรียนการสอนในรูปแบบ PBL และหัวข้อสอนที่เป็นประโยชน์ในการทำงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนคือหัวข้อภายใต้องค์ประกอบใน WHO 6 building blocks of a health system ด้วยเหตุนี้ ในหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิตควรมี health system sciences นอกเหนือจาก basic sciences และ clinical sciences เพื่อให้สามารถผลิตบัณฑิตได้ตรงตามความต้องการของสังคม
