บทคัดย่อ

ถึงแม้ว่าการดำเนินการรณรงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างสมเหตุผลในประเทศไทยจะได้เริ่มต้นขับเคลื่อนในระดับประเทศมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2550 แล้ว แต่ประชากรไทยยังคงมีพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างไม่สมเหตุผล สถานการณ์ดังกล่าวจึงเป็นประเด็นท้าทายอย่างมากในการดำเนินการเพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างสมเหตุผลในประเทศไทยในระยะต่อไป งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรู้เท่าทันสื่อสุขภาพแบบออนไลน์ การค้นหาข้อมูลข่าวสาร ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการจัดการตนเองเพื่อรักษาโรคติดเชื้อเฉียบพลันในระบบทางหายใจส่วนบนในกลุ่มประชากรไทย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจำนวน 2,708 ตัวอย่างจากภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคใต้และกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล รวมทั้งสิ้น 21 จังหวัด ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการรู้เท่าทันสื่อสุขภาพแบบออนไลน์ด้านการจำแนกคุณภาพของข้อมูลบนอินเทอร์เน็ตในระดับต่ำ มีการค้นหาข้อมูลข่าวสารเพื่อรักษาโรคติดเชื้อเฉียบพลันในระบบทางหายใจส่วนบนจากครอบครัวและญาติมากที่สุด มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับยาปฏิชีวนะในระดับปานกลาง มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะ และมีการจัดการตนเองเพื่อรักษาโรคติดเชื้อเฉียบพลันในระบบทางหายใจส่วนบนในระดับต่ำ ผลการวิจัยนำมาสู่ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงปฏิบัติการด้านการสื่อสารเพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างสมเหตุผล
