บทคัดย่อ

การบำบัดด้วยสัตว์และการบำบัดด้วยสุนัขเป็นแนวทางการดูแลสุขภาพที่ได้รับการยอมรับในต่างประเทศ แต่ประเทศไทยยังขาดกรอบนโยบายและมาตรฐานกลางในการจัดบริการสุนัขนักบำบัด การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนวรรณกรรมแบบกำหนดขอบเขต เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้เชิงนโยบายสำหรับการพัฒนานโยบายสุขภาพในการจัดบริการสุนัขนักบำบัด โดยมุ่งเน้นขอบเขตการให้บริการ กลุ่มผู้ป่วยเป้าหมาย และประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการ การวิจัยใช้วิธี scoping review ตามแนวทาง Joanna Briggs Institute สืบค้นเอกสารระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 2014–2024 จากฐานข้อมูลสากลและเอกสารกึ่งวิชาการ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ขอบเขตบริการมีลักษณะเป็นระบบเครือข่าย ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การกำหนดมาตรฐาน การคัดกรองสัตว์และผู้ดูแล จนถึงการติดตามประเมินผล (2) กลุ่มผู้ป่วยมีความหลากหลาย โดยต้องคำนึงถึงความเหมาะสม ความปลอดภัย และความยินยอม และ (3) ประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพขึ้นอยู่กับมาตรฐานการดำเนินงาน ระบบติดตามประเมินผล และการจัดสรรทรัพยากรอย่างเหมาะสม การศึกษานี้เสนอให้ประเทศไทยพัฒนากรอบนโยบายที่ชัดเจนและบูรณาการหลายภาคส่วน เพื่อให้การจัดบริการสุนัขนักบำบัดมีความปลอดภัย ได้มาตรฐาน และยั่งยืน
