บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมดังกล่าวในประชาชนที่เลี้ยงสุนัขและ/หรือแมวหรือมีประวัติสัมผัสเสี่ยงต่อโรคพิษสุนัขบ้า จำนวน 130 คน ใน 4 อำเภอของจังหวัดชลบุรี ได้แก่ บางละมุง ศรีราชา สัตหีบ และบ้านบึง ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่พบผู้เสียชีวิตยืนยันโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าในช่วง พ.ศ. 2564–2568 คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบต่อเนื่องจากผู้มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้าและมารับบริการ ณ โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลในพื้นที่ศึกษา เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 1 เมษายน–31 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ด้วยแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 0.93 แบบทดสอบความรู้มีค่า KR-20 เท่ากับ 0.58 และแบบประเมินมาตราส่วนประมาณค่ามีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคอยู่ระหว่าง 0.73–0.92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ไคสแควร์ และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 66.2 และกลุ่มอายุ 51–60 ปี พบมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 27.7 ความรู้ (r = 0.278) ทัศนคติ (r = 0.506) การเข้าถึงวัคซีน (r = 0.389) และการดำเนินงานป้องกันโรคขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (r = 0.382) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) ขณะที่เพศ อายุ รายได้ การศึกษา อาชีพ และระยะเวลาการเลี้ยงสัตว์ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลการศึกษาสนับสนุนความสำคัญของการส่งเสริมความรู้และทัศนคติ การเพิ่มการเข้าถึงบริการ และการสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น เพื่อส่งเสริมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าตามแนวคิดสุขภาพหนึ่งเดียวและเป้าหมาย Zero by 30
