โรคติดเชื้อไซโตเมกาโลไวรัสแต่กำเนิดที่มีภาวะท้องมานรุนแรง: รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย

รายงานผู้ป่วยทารกแรกเกิด ที่มีการติดเชื้อ cytomegalovirus (CMV) แต่กำเนิดโดยทารกมีอาการท้องโต จุดจ้ำเลือดตามตัว ตรวจร่างกายพบจุดเลือดออก และภาวะท้องมานอย่างมาก ตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการพบเกร็ดเลือดต่ำ และพบเชื้อ CMV ในปัสสาวะ ทารกได้รับการรักษาจนหายดีเป็นปกติ
