Abstract

This research aims to find out the Development process for research potential of public health personnel in the Health System Moei Wadi District, Roi Et Province, Fiscal year study period 2019 - 2022. Carried out by selecting persons Participating in the specific research were Executives directors of 5 sub-district health promoting hospitals, Representatives of Moei Wadi District Public Health Officers, Moei Wadi Hospital staff, Tambon Health Promoting Hospital staff 10 people and Target group Develop and promote research potential of 47 public health personnel. Research tools include: In-depth interview form, Question line, Observation form, Field recording form, Satisfaction assessment form, Attitude assessment form and Analysis. Quantitative data by Number, Average. Standard deviation and paired t-test statistics. Check the credibility of Data Triangulation data and use content analysis methods. The results showed that  development process appropriate research according to the local context is Organizing knowledge management (KM) processes with positive reinforcement (appreciative inquiry), Organizing a forum to convey experiences to inspire budget support, Support the source of academic knowledge, Coordinate with external experts to organize a forum to exchange and learn together to develop research and research innovations resulting in continuous team development. The study found that the research participants had knowledge and understanding after participating in the research and innovation development plan of Moei Wadi District Health Network (Fiscal Year 2019 - 2022) with more knowledge than before participating in the research and innovation development plan, The development of guidelines and innovations are continuously developed from research, Plans for research and innovation development are made with teams and experts, researchers who have an attitude towards research and innovation development, The result of research and innovation development has been expanded to cover all departments both in the Moei Wadi Hospital. The Moei Wadi District Public Health Office and the 5 sub-district health promoting hospitals generate new researchers every year, There is a plan to set goals together in the areas will develop research and innovation in the following year ,Increasing research results every year The developed process is suitable for the local context. resulting in good patient care The appropriate service will continue to be provided.
