Abstract

This innovative research and development aims to develop the mannequin as a care giver teaching material in Nasogastric feeding tube practices, sputum suction, cleaning of neck puncture wounds. Urinary catheter care and teaching Village health volunteers (VHVs) Breast self-examination To increase the practical skills of care givers and Village health volunteers (VHVs), and to study the satisfaction of learners with the use of Medical model multi-purpose conduct research in 2 parts Part 1: The development of multi-use training puppets consists of 5 steps: 1) studying existing problems and practices, 2) studying relevant research papers. The concept of making effective teaching materials 3) developing Medical model multi-purpose 4) Examining expert training puppets 5) Experimenting with Medical model multi-purpose teaching materials in Care giver and Village health volunteers (VHVs), Part 2 Compares Score Differences complacency Before and after teaching material in hose feeding practices. Practicing sputum suction, cleaning of throat puncture wounds. Insulin injections increased by 9.79, 9.74 , 9.68 and 9.16 respectively. Village health volunteers (VHVs), There is an average of breast self-examination skill scores. It increased by 9.84 and practitioners were satisfied with using the versatile puppets as teaching materials at the highest level. 94.96 percent
