The Prevalence and Associated Factors of Urinary Incontinence in Female Medical Personal That Age over 35 Years in Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital

Abstract
This descriptive study is to find the prevalence and associated factors of urinary incontinence in 456 female persons who are more than 35 years old and work in Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital by questionnaire. The statistics in this study are t-test and chi-square. The mean age of study group is 44 ± 5.2 years. The prevalences of stress incontinence, overactive bladder syndrome and combined type are 42.5%, 24.8% and 16.7% respectively. The associated factors of stress incontinence are age, previous delivery, type of delivery, coffee intake more than 2 cups a day, water intake more than 1,500 cc3. The associated factors of overactive bladder syndrome are age and previous gynecologic surgery.
