Complete Heart Block and Shock from Scorpion Toxin

Abstract
Scorpion sting can produce many symptoms to the victim especially neurotoxic effect. One of the most important complication of scorpion sting is cardiac arrhythmia. Because only few cases have been reported in Thailand, almost all of general practitioners lack of knowledge and experience about it. The objective of this report is to demonstrate the cardiac complication, cardiogenic shock and complete heart block, from scorpion sting and literature review.
