ผลการรักษา Cystic thyroid nodule ในคลินิกไธรอยด์ ของกลุ่มงานอายุรกรรม รพ.มหาราชนครราชสีมา

Abstract
ได้เสนอรายงาน ผลการรักษาผู้ป่วย cystic thyroid nodule ซึ่งมาทำการรักษาที่คลินิกโรคไธรอยด์ กลุ่มงานอายุรกรรม รพ.มหาราชนครราชสีมา ซึ่งใช้วิธีการรักษาด้วยการเจาะดูด และในบางรายใช้ sclerosing agent คือ tetracycline ในรายที่เป็น recurrent พบว่า การรักษาด้วยวิธี เจาะดูดเฉย ๆ และการใช้ sclerosing agent ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ ดังนั้นจากรายงานนี้จึงสรุปว่าสามารถใช้ได้ทั้ง 2 วิธี ในการรักษา cystic thyroid nodule
