RELATION FACTORS OF VACUUM EXTRACTION IN KHONBURI HOSPITAL

Abstract

The comparision study of the vacuum extraction and other delivery of all maternal deliveries in Khonburi Hospital during 1 Oct, 1990 to 30 Sep, 1991 was found that the relation of vacuum extraction in significance of statistics (p-values <0.05) was:

• The first garvida


• Mothers who had twins pregnancy


• The age of mother is more than 40 years or equal 40 years


• Resuscitation of the new born baby

and the weight of new born baby by using vacuum extractor was found that it wasn’t different from the weight of new born baby from other delivery
