Operative treatment of supracondylar fracture of homerus

Abstract
Result of treatment by percutaneous pinning and open reduction of supracondylar fractures of the humerus in 38 children were compared in Department of Orthopedics Maharat Nakohnratchasima hospital from January 1985 to December 1987. The percutaneous pinning group spent less day in hospital. However there was no significant difference about carrying angle and range of motion between the two groups after long term follow up.
