Abstract
ผู้รายงานได้นำเสนอประสบการณ์ ในการรักษาผู้ป่วย Vesico – Vaginal Fistula 3 ราย ซึ่งมีสาเหตุจากการคลอดและผลแทรกซ้อน จากการให้ทางการรักษาทางนรีเวชกรรม โดยใช้วิธีการเย็บซ่อมและวาง Interposition Graft ที่ต่างชนิดกัน พบว่าได้ผลดีทั้ง 3 ราย
