พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาสมุนไพรในโครงการกระเป๋ายาสมุนไพรของประชาชน อำเภอดอนสัก จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี The behavior of herbal medicine used in the herbal first aid kit project in Donsak district, Surat thani province.

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง (analytic cross-sectional study)
มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาสมุนไพรในโครงการกระเป๋ายาสมุนไพร และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผล
ต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาสมุนไพรในโครงการกระเป๋ายาสมุนไพรของประชาชน  อำเภอดอนสัก จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี   
เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษาในครั้งนี้เป็นครัวเรือนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการอบรม
การใช้กระเป๋ายาสมุนไพร จำนวน 355 หลังคาเรือน ครัวเรือนละ 1 คน  พบว่า  ครัวเรือนในอำเภอดอนสัก จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ใช้ยาแผนไทยหรือยาสมุนไพรเพื่อการดูแลพยาบาลเบื้องต้น ร้อยละ 67.9 ส่วนใหญ่ใช้ยาสมุนไพรในกระเป๋ายา เพราะช่วยประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในครัวเรือน และยาสมุนไพรในกระเป๋ามีฉลากบอกวิธี
การใช้ชัดเจน สำหรับผู้ที่ไม่ใช้ยาสมุนไพร พบว่าไม่ใช้ยาสมุนไพรในกระเป๋ายา เพราะขาดความรู้ และขาดการติดตาม
จากเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข นอกจากนี้ยังพบความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาสมุนไพร ได้แก่ อายุ  สถานภาพสมรส  สถานะการเป็นสมาชิกในครอบครัว อาชีพ การศึกษา  ได้รับการอบรมในโครงการกระเป๋ายาในครัวเรือน  ทัศนคติที่มีต่อโครงการ และระดับความรู้

This research is an analytic cross-sectional study with the objective of studying herbal drug use behavior in the herbal medicine bag project and to study the factors that have
an effected on the behavior of the use of herbal medicines in the herbal first aid kit project
of the people of Don Sak District, Surat Thani Province Data were collected by questionnaires. The subjects in this study were 355 households, 1 person per household that participated
in the herbal first aid kit training program. The results showed that 67.9% of households used traditional Thai medicine or herbal medicine to relieve basic symptoms, mostly use herbal medicines in the herbal first aid kit because it helps to save household expenses and the herbal medicine in the bag has a label clearly telling the method of use. For those who do not
use herbal medicines because of lack of knowledge and lack of follow-up from health officials. The relationship between factors affecting the behavior of using herbal medicine in the herbal medicine bag program is being a family member, profession, educator, training in a household herbal first aid kit project, attitude towards the project, knowledge and marital status.
