การทบทวนวรรณกรรมการรักษาสิวด้วยสมุนไพรจีน

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาในครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาการรักษาสิวโดยการใช้ยาสมุนไพรจีน ทำการศึกษาข้อมูลงานวิจัย(documentary research) จากเว็บไซต์ CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) และ Pubmed คัดเลือกบทความจากปี 2011 – 2023 ที่มีผู้ป่วยจำนวน 20 รายขึ้นไป อายุระหว่าง 15 – 45 ปี เป็นผู้ป่วยทั้งเพศชายและเพศหญิง มีระยะการเป็นโรค ตั้งแต่ 3 เดือน ถึง 15 ปี โดยใช้ยาสมุนไพรจีน
ได้นำงานวิจัยทั้ง 12 งานวิจัย มาเปรียบเทียบอันดับการใช้ยาสมุนไพรจีนที่ใช้บ่อย พบว่าจากการสืบค้นความถี่ของการใช้สมุนไพร คือ อันดับที่ 1 กันเฉ่า ร้อยละ 75.00 อันดับที่ 2 จือจื่อ ร้อยละ 58.33 อันดับที่ 3 ตังกุย ร้อยละ 50.00 อันดับที่ 4 จินอิ๋นฮวา เหลียนเฉียว หมู่ตันผี ร้อยละ 41.67 และอันดับที่ 5 ซวนซยง ไป๋เสา ถู่ฝูหลิง หวงฉิน ร้อยละ 33.33 ตามลำดับ จากงานวิจัยเชิงทดลองทั้ง 12 พบว่า การรักษาด้วยสมุนไพรจีนได้ผลดีและมีผลข้างเคียงน้อย จึงเป็นอีกทางเลือกหนึ่งในการรักษา
