Testicular torsion : 6 years in Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital

Abstract
Fourteen cases of testicular torsion occuring in the Maharat NakhonRatchasima Hospital between 1986 – 1991 have been reviewed. Four patients had testicular salvage. Orchidectomy was performed for gangrenous testes in ten patients. Most of the patients who lost testes had errors in diagnosis that let to operative delay.
