บทคัดย่อ
โรคซิลิโคซิส เป็นโรคเกี่ยวกับการประกอบอาชีพที่ยังพบได้บ้างในประเทศไทย อาการและอาการแสดงของโรคคล้ายคลึงกับโรคหอบหืดและโรคถุงลมโป่งพอง การซักประวัติการทำงานของผู้ป่วย สภาพแวดล้อมบริเวณที่ทำงานเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นและช่วยในการแยกโรคซิลิโคซิสได้ ภาพถ่ายรังสีปอดมีลักษณะเฉพาะแบบที่ช่วยในการวินิจฉัยโรคซิลิโคซิส การตรวจชิ้นเนื้อปอดไม่จำเป็นในการวินิจฉัยหากประวัติและการตรวจร่างกายที่ชัดเจน การสืบค้นหาสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ก่อโรค เพื่อดำเนินการป้องงกัน วินิจฉัยและรักษาผู้ที่เป็นโรคตั้งแต่ระยะแรก ทำให้การควบคุมโรคเป็นไปได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล บทความนี้ได้รายงานผู้ป่วยโรคซิลิโคซิส 1 รายและทบทวนวรรณกรรม
