บทคัดย่อ
Essential thrombocythemia เป็นโรคกลุ่ม myeloproliferative ที่พบได้ไม่บ่อยผู้ป่วยส่วนใหญ่มักไม่มีอาการผิดปกติ มักตรวจพบโดยบังเอิญ แต่อาจมาด้วยภาวะ เส้นเลือดแดงและเส้นเลือดดำอุดตัน หรือเลือดออกผิดปกติได้ส่วนน้อยจะพบว่ามีเส้นเลือดที่หัวใจอุดตัน รายงานนี้แสดงถึงโรค essential thrombocythemia ในผู้ป่วยชายที่มาด้วย acute myocardial infarction ได้รับการวินิจฉัยและการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครราชสีมา พร้อมทั้งทบทวนวรรณกรรม
