โรคคิคุชิที่มาด้วยต่อมน้ำเหลืองที่คอโต: รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย

บทคัดย่อ
Kikuchi’s disease (Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease: histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis) เป็นโรคที่พบได้น้อยเป็นสาเหตุของการเกิดภาวะต่อมน้ำเหลืองบริเวณคออักเสบ พบมากในผู้หญิงอายุน้อยชาวเอเชีย และปัจจุบันเริ่มพบกระจายทั่วโลก การดำเนินโรคหายได้เอง โดยใช้ระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 6 เดือน อาการต่อมน้ำเหลืองบริเวณคอโตมักจะเป็นอาการเด่น ซึ่งทำให้ต้องวินิจฉัยแยกโรคออกจากโรคในกลุ่ม lymphoproliferative, autoimmune และ postinfectious รายงานฉบับนี้นำเสนอผู้ป่วย 1 ราย ที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยเป็น Kikuchi’s disease ในผู้ป่วยหญิงอายุ 37 ปี ที่มาด้วยประวัติมีก้อนที่คอโตมา 6 เดือนก่อนมาโรงพยาบาล
