บทคัดย่อ
ผู้ป่วยชายอายุ 40 ปี อาชีพช่างไม้ มาด้วยอุบัติเหตุกลืนเข็มหมุดลงคอ มีอาการกลืนเจ็บ ตรวจร่างกายรวมทั้งตรวจช่องคอปกติ เอกซเรย์ พบเข็มที่ด้านซ้ายของคอ ได้ทำ direct laryngoscopy และ rigid esophagoscopy ไม่พบสิ่งแปลกปลอมและได้เอกซเรย์ซ้ำยังพบมีเข็มอยู่ ผู้ป่วยได้รับการผ่าตัดพบเข็มแทงทะลุออกมาอยู่บริเวณด้านข้างของคอ และสามารถเอาเข็มออกได้ ผู้ป่วยสามารถกลับบ้านได้ใน 10 วัน
