การรักษาผู้ป่วย Zenker’s Diverticulum ด้วยการผ่าตัดที่โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครราชสีมา: รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย

บทคัดย่อ
บทคัดย่อ: รายงานผลการรักษาผู้ป่วย Zenker’s diverticulum ด้วยการผ่าตัดที่โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครราชสีมา เป็นผู้ป่วยชาย อายุ 72 ปี มาด้วยอาการรู้สึกมีก้อนในคอ และรู้สึกติดขัดที่คอหลังรับประทานอาหารเป็นบางครั้งและเป็นบ่อยขึ้น ต้องใช้มือกดหรือนวดเป็นบางครั้งอาการจะดีขึ้น อาการนี้เป็นมานานถึง 5 ปี จึงได้รับการวินิจฉัยเป็น Zenker’s diverticulum โดยการทำ barium swallowing และได้รับการรักษาโดยการผ่าตัดทำ myotomy ของ cricopharyngeus muscle ร่วมกับทำ diverticulectomy ผลการรักษาเมื่อติดตามหลังผ่าตัด 6 เดือน พบว่าผู้ป่วยรู้สึกปกติหลังรับประทานอาหาร
