บทคัดย่อ
ผู้รายงานได้ทำการศึกษาย้อนหลังผลของการผ่าตัดด้วยวิธี modified Phemister technique เพื่อรักษาพระภิกษุสามเณรที่เป็น delayed union หรือ nonunion ของกระดูก tibia ในโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ ทั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2528 ถึง 2540 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอวิธีผ่าตัดที่ง่ายและ ไม่ต้องใช้เครื่องมือยุ่งยาก ผลการศึกษามีพระภิกษุสามเมรได้รับการผ่าตัดด้วยวิธีนี้จำนวน 53 ราย ติดตามประเมินผลได้เพียง 43 ราย ทุกรายกระดูกติดดีภายในระยะเวลา 4-6 เดือน
