บทคัดย่อ
รายงานผู้ป่วยชายไทยอายุ 23 ปี มารับการตรวจที่โรงพยาบาลปากช่องนานาด้วยอาการปวดลูกอัณฑะอย่างรุนแรง 1 วัน ผู้ป่วยได้รับการวินิจฉัยเป็นวัณโรคอัณฑะทั้งสองช้างและวัณโรคปอดชนิดแพร่กระจาย วัณโรคเป็นโรคหนึ่งที่ควรได้รับการพิจารณาแยกโรคในผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการปวดบวมลูกอัณฑะโดยเฉพาะผู้ป่วยที่มีประวัติหรือผู้ป่วยในกลุ่มเสี่ยง ถึงแม้ว่าวัณโรคอัณฑะจะเป็นโรคที่พบได้น้อย
