Retinopathy of Prematurity at Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital

บทคัดย่อ
คณะผู้รายงานได้ศึกษาอัตราการเกิด ปัจจัยร่วมที่ทำให้เกิด ผลการรักษาและระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสมในการส่งตรวจตาดู Retinopathy of prematurity ในทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดที่โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครราชสีมา ตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2534 - เดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2537 พบว่าทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดที่มีน้ำหนักแรกเกิดน้อยกว่า 2200 กรัม มีจำนวนวนทั้งสิ้น 1748 ราย ส่งตรวจตา 115 ราย มีความผิดปกติของจอประสาทตาจำนวน 87 ราย ปัจจัยร่วมที่ทำให้เกิด ROP คือทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดที่ได้รับออกซิเจนนานตั้งแต่ 5 วันขึ้นไป หรือมีภาวะอดอักเสบที่ทำให้ต้องได้รับออกซิเจนนาน ติดตามผลการรักษาทารกที่เป็น ROP พบว่ามีอาการทางตาดีขึ้น ร้อยละ 60 ระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสมในการส่งตรวจตาของโรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครราชสีมาประมาณ 4 - 6 สัปดาห์หลังเกิด.
