The The factors to association on development of primary care system in subdistrict health promotion hospital, Ratchaburi Provincial Public Health Office

Abstract
The purpose of this study is the association on development of primary care system in Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital, Ratchaburi Provincial Public Health Office. The study was on the purpose of selection as 79 director of Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital and 79 public health personnel. Tools that were used were general information questionnaire, attitude, social support and development of primary care system. The content validity by 3 content experts. The index of Item-Objective Congruence was between .67 – 1.00, The Reliability was .71, .90 and .89 respectively. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and chi-square tests.
The results showed that: the personal factors of each gender, age, position and period of employment were not significantly associated with the development of primary care system. The attitude was significantly associated with development of primary care system (c2 = 11.510, p < 0.05). The social support was significantly associated with development of primary care system (c2 = 26.288, p < 0.05).
