Nursing care for diabetic mellitus patients with chronic kidney disease by the use of motivational Interviewing

Patients with chronic kidney disease when receive NSAIDs drugs and herbs. Effect to glomerular filtration rate decreased. If they do not get knowledge and problem has not been assessed and resolved. It can cause disease progression loss and require dialysis for long life. Nurses have an important role and managing individual health issues for clients, must be able to find problems to meet the needs of the recipient. Nurses must have a framework that is derived from the concept Nursing theories and knowledge in various fields to apply accordingly. The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of nursing care for diabetic patients with chronic kidney disease by applying conversation to build motivation. To find problems and needs by choose a method for adjusting behavior based on the context of the individual, family and behavior adjustment for sustainability. Patients have safety and behavior correctly and suit the existing disease able to continue life normally
