Submission & Publication Agreement

Authors are required to pay an article processing charge (APC) for peer review and publication as follows:

Terms and Conditions

• The article processing charge will be collected after the manuscript has passed the initial screening by the editorial board (regarding formatting, scope, and quality criteria) and has entered the formal peer-review process.
• If the manuscript “fails to meet the evaluation criteria of 2 out of 3 reviewers” or is “rejected for publication” by the reviewers or the editor-in-chief, the journal will not refund the processing fee under any circumstances. This fee is used to compensate the peer reviewers for their evaluation. Authors are advised to acknowledge this condition prior to submission.
• Please complete the payment within 2 weeks after receiving notification from the journal staff or coordinator. Failure to pay within the specified period may result in immediate disqualification of the manuscript.
• Authors must revise the manuscript according to the suggestions of the reviewers and editors. If the author disagrees with any suggestions, a clarification can be submitted to the editorial board for re-evaluation. The final decision of the editor-in-chief shall be absolute and final.
