Notification of Journal Layout Revision

Dear Authors, Readers, Reviewers, and Interested Scholars,

The Editorial Board hereby wishes to inform all readers, contributing authors, peer reviewers, and interested parties that the Journal will implement a revised layout design. This enhancement aims to achieve a more modern and aesthetically refined presentation, strengthen academic standardization, and improve readability in both print and online formats.

The new layout will take effect beginning with Volume 3, Issue 1. It has been carefully developed to provide greater clarity in the organization of content, including headings, abstracts, tables, figures, and references. This initiative is intended to elevate the overall quality of the Journal in alignment with international academic standards.

During the period of layout format revision, authors and interested parties may continue to submit research articles and academic articles in the existing format.

Please note that the academic content, article submission guidelines, and peer review procedures will remain unchanged and will continue to adhere strictly to the Journal’s established policies and quality standards.
