TotaI Laminectomy with Posterolateral Fusion for Lumbar Spondylolisthesis in Priest's Hospital: a Twelve-Year Study

Abstract
The treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis (total laminectomy with posterolateral fusion) was studied by retrospective method. Data from 1985 to 1997 were analysed. One hundread and eight patients were followed up from 9 months to 12 years. Functional outcome, assed by the author's criteria, were 24.1% good result, 27.8% fair and 48.1% poor result. The treatment was unsatisfactory for patients.
