บทคัดย่อ
ผู้รายงานได้ทำการศึกษาผลของการผ่าตัด พระภิกษุสามเณรที่เป็นโรค lumbar spondylolisthesis โดยวิธี total laminectomy with posterolateral fusion ลักษณะการศึกษาเป็น retrospective method โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมลย้อนหลังตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2528-2540 จำนวนผู้ป่วยที่ติดตามศึกษาได้ครบ 108 รูป ระยะเวลาที่ follow up ทั้งแต่ 9 เดือนถึง 12 ปี การวัดผลใช้เกณฑ์ที่ผู้รายงานตั้งเอง วิธีการวัดผลเป็น blind assessment ผลการรักษาได้ผลดีร้อยละ 24.1 ปานกลาง ร้อยละ 27.8 และผลไม่น่าพอใจร้อยละ 48.1 การรักษาวิธีนี่ไม่เป็นที่พอใจสำหรับพระภิกษุสามเณร
