Factors affecting professional learning communities of schools

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of Professional learning community, 2) to study the level of Professional learning community factors 3) to study the relationship between the Professional learning community factors and the Professional learning community, and 4) to determine appropriate forecasting variables and develop multiple linear regression that affects Professional learning community schools in the quality development network Wang Thong Education 3, Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The participants were 127 administrators and teachers schools in the quality development network Wang Thong Education 3, Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample was indicated using Krejcie & Morgan table and randomly selected by stratified sampling method. Data were collected by the questionnaire, then analyzed by Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient and analyzed a Enter multiple regression analysis. The research found that:1) Professional learning community rate of schools in the quality development network Wang Thong Education 3, Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 is very high, 2) The level of factors affecting Professional learning community of schools in the quality development network Wang Thong Education 3, Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 is very high.,3) The factors affecting Professional learning community schools in the quality development network Wang Thong Education 3, Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 coefficient are between 0.623 – 0.753 The most affecting factor is the corporate culture while the least affecting factor is the Leadership, and 4) The multiple regression with the significance level of 0.01 are consisted of 2 factors school climate (x₂), Leadership (x₃), that affect Professional learning community schools in the quality development network Wang Thong Education 3, Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The model correlation (R) is 0.803, the coefficient of multiple determination (R²) is 64.5%, and the standard error is 0.26. The regression equations are;
