This is the heart of cultivating a volunteer spirit that can jointly develop. As for the approach to learning management, it is necessary to apply theoretical knowledge to suit the current learners, starting with the teachers themselves who must be good role models and gradually expanding to the development of students. and in particular, must be developed to reach the learners' thinking system rather than allowing them to do activities without thinking. Training the mind to be a sacrifice, kindness, love of giving, every Muslim must always realize that Allah is the one who gives everything to mankind.
